Q: What are your current business hours?
A: Our current store hours are - Mon: Closed, Tues-Fri: 11-7, Sat: 10-6, and Sun: 11-5. Shop online anytime with free in-store pickup and free shipping over $99!
Q: Do you currently offer repair services?
A: Yes. We know that bike repairs and maintenance are valuable services. From flat tire repairs to tune-ups and overhauls, our service techs are ready to take care of your bike! Visit any of our service departments during normal store hours. No appointment necessary.
Q: Can I return a bike or cycling gear if it's not right for me?

Placing an Online Order
Q: How do I find the right bike?
A: We're here to help. You can shop bikes online, determine your correct bike size with our Find Your Bike Size guide, or contact us with any questions on sizing, bike models, availability, or anything else on your mind. We can make buying a new bike fun and easy, even over the phone! Our stores are fully open and operational, so please feel free to visit us and shop the area's largest bike selection and compare models side by side!
Q: How do I pick the right accessories for the bike I’m ordering?
A: While shopping for a bike online, you can also explore our selection of apparel and accessories. Give us a call if you have any questions. Common accessories with a new bike include a kickstand (Wait! What? Kickstands aren't included on bikes?! Nope. Sad. But true.) water bottle and cage, helmet, lights, bags, and phone holders.
Q: Will my bike come assembled?
A: Yes. Every bike purchased from Spokes Etc. is professionally assembled by a trained bicycle mechanic and undergoes a comprehensive safety check before delivery. We even slap a cool Spokes Etc. decal on it so you get your free tune-ups through your Spokes Etc. Advantage plan!
Q: When will my bicycle/online order be ready for pick up?
A: Most bikes will be professionally assembled and ready for pick up in 1-2 days if the product is in-store at the location you requested for pickup. If your new bike/order is listed as 'Remote Warehouse' or requires a transfer from another Spokes Etc. location, it will require an additional 3-5 days for transfers (transfers occur on Tuesday and Friday evenings-orders placed after 3pm on Fri will be transferred the following Tues) and 3-10 days for Remote Warehouse items. Once you've placed your online order, you'll receive an order confirmation email - please read the details on this email. You'll then receive an email with an ETA for order pickup. Finally, the store location you requested for pickup will directly notify you by email or phone when your order is complete and ready for pickup.
Q: How do I know what size product to purchase?
A: Whenever possible, products on our website have sizing information available. We are actively adding more self-serve tools to our website to help you further - especially for bicycles. We encourage you to use our Find Your Bike Size guide to help determine your proper frame size. If you still have additional questions or concerns, please contact any of our locations.
Q: What happens if I order the wrong size?
A: We offer a 14 day Exchange/Return policy. Special orders may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please order with confidence and we will do our best to resolve any sizing issues you may encounter. Bicycles need to be in new condition for our Exchange/Return policy. Bicycles that have been ridden will be returned/exchanged at what we deem the resale value of the bike to be at that time (at the discretion of the Store Manager).
Q: Are pricing and availability accurate on your website?
A: Our website is connected directly to our store inventory, along with inventory from our most trusted suppliers, and is now updated every hour. With rare exceptions, if you see that an item is in stock on our website, then it is available to order. If you can not select a certain size and color in an item that means our stores do not have the item and the manufacturer is Sold Out, meaning the item is currently not available for purchase-please select another option. We are still seeing a huge demand on bikes. Many bikes are selling quickly and may be unavailable by the time we process your order. We will contact you if we encounter any issues with your order.
Receiving My Online Order
Q: Do you offer home delivery?
A: Yes. Nearly all parts and accessories are available for delivery via a package carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Bicycles are eligible for free in-store pickup.
Q: Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes. We are offering curbside pickup for all products. When you arrive at the store, please call and ask to have your order brought outside. All curbside pickup's need to be prepaid in full before arriving. Please contact the store to finalize payment.The credit card and ID of the person that provided payment will need to be presented at pickup.
