Our current operating status:
As things continue to evolve with Covid-19 we find ourselves adapting to meet the necessary requirements to keep our employees and customers comfortable and safe, while still being able to serve the cycling community. Our current operating hours are Noon-5 Wednesday through Sunday, and Closed on Monday and Tuesday. This will allow us to better manage the increase in bike sales and repairs that we have seen, and also provide our amazing staff with much deserved time off. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings we will be open for Senior Hour from 11-Noon.
We are operating with a locked front door policy and also limiting the number of customers in-store to better handle social distancing. We apologize in advance for any delays you may experience.
We have seen a historical number of bike sales over the last few weeks which has required us to make other adjustments within our stores. Our dedicated staff is working tirelessly to keep up with new bike sales, and repairs. We ask that you PLEASE consider making your purchase online where you can have your order shipped to home for FREE(over $99) or FREE pick-up in store. If you are purchasing a bike, feel free to call your nearest Spokes Etc. location and have any questions answered before you make your purchase. Purchasing online allows us the time to assemble, tune, and have your bike 100% ready for pick-up-zero wait time. If you call and have trouble getting in touch with us it's because we are with customers in the store or handling other phone calls at that time.

The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority as the COVID-19 situation continues to unfold. Here's what our “new normal” looks like for the time being:
Our store hours will be shortened to allow for flex shifts for our employees, allowing them to work in smaller groups, and help with social distancing between staff and our customers. Monday through Saturday we will be open from 12-6 and on Sunday from 12-5. These hours go into effect Wednesday, March 18th.
We will do everything we can to keep orders and repairs on schedule, but due to the current circumstances we all may experience some unexpected delays. We sincerely apologize in advance, but please understand we are doing our best.
We will monitor and closely follow state and federal guidelines regarding human contact. Should these guideline change, we will adjust our operations accordingly.
We are regularly disinfecting our restrooms, counters, door handles, water fountains and other commonly touched surfaces in the stores. Bikes used for test rides will be wiped down before and after each use.
We are washing our hands before and after helping each person. In the spirit of social distancing, we are keeping a few feet of space between each other.
We have curbside service available for any customer who prefers not to come into the store. If you have a repair or an online purchase to pick up, you are welcome to pull into our parking lot and CALL US on your phone. One of our team members will pick up or deliver your item(s) to your vehicle.
Nearly everything we sell can be viewed and purchased on our online catalog and shipped directly to your home or to one of our locations for FREE pick up. For larger items and bikes, we can make arrangements for delivery with prior notice. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss delivery options.
We have altered employee work schedules to help minimize the number of people in our stores at one time. Some of our technicians will be working during non-business hours to help stay caught up with an increase in demand we've seen across our Sales and Service departments recently. Because of these adjustments you may encounter delays. We are doing everything we can to keep these delays to a minimum.
