March 31st update on our current operating status:
We are open for business to serve the cycling community, just with reduced hours. We are now open again on Sunday's, from Noon-5. As a reminder, our temporary hours are Noon-5 Tuesday through Sunday and Closed on Monday. We are also limiting the number of customers in-store to better handle social distancing. PLEASE consider making your purchase online where you can have your order shipped to home for FREE(over $99) or FREE pick-up in store. If you are purchasing a bike, feel free to call your nearest Spokes Etc. location and have any questions answered before you make your purchase. Purchasing online allows us the time to assemble, tune, and have your bike 100% ready for pick-up-zero wait time.
In these unusual times we are, fortunately, extremely busy and our dedicated staff is working tirelessly to keep up with new bike sales and repairs. With that said, we do apologize for any delays you may experience. Many of the manufacturers and distributors in the industry are dealing with these challenging times the best they can, but also may experience delays in shipping our product to us. This may cause delays on some orders that you place through our site, or in-store. We will always do our best to provide accurate ETA's on orders, but unexpected delays in delivery may occur. We apologize for this in advance.

Things seem to change daily surrounding the COVID-19 situation. Bicycles shops fall under "brick and mortar" retail so we are open to serve the cycling community. March 20th update on our current operating status:
Because we have been operating with a limited staff, we will be closed this coming Monday, March 23rd to provide our team with a much needed day off. Moving forward our hours will be Noon - 5pm Tuesday through Saturday, and closed on Sunday and Monday until further notice. We thank our customers for the overwhelming support we've received during this challenging time.
March 19th update on our current operating status:
At this time we feel it's in the best interest of our staff, and our customers, to limit the number of customers in the store at any given time to better handle social distancing. This is an awkward time, but we feel that this is absolutely the best thing for us to do, and still allow us to serve our customers in the safest manner possible.
As a reminder, our store hours are now 12-6 Mon-Sat and 12-5 on Sun. We may have to make last minute decisions to close certain locations. Please contact the store you wish to visit ahead of time to be certain we are open.
We encourage you to use our website for purchasing. You can purchase anything in our store through our site, have qualifying orders shipped to your home for FREE, or select in-store pickup for FREE. For in-store pickup's we can do curbside delivery-please just call the store you requested for pickup ahead of time, and put a Note on your online order.
If you order your bike online that will also allow us to do the assembly, tune-it, and have it 100% ready for pickup when you arrive-no wait time, and we'll bring it out to your car if you desire. Again, call us ahead of time to let us know. Please note that online purchases will take time to prepare. We will let you know once it's ready for pickup.
Repairs: we are doing the best we can to keep up with the recent increase in demand. Our staff is operating on flex schedules, working hard to complete existing repairs. You will be notified when your repair is completed. Curbside pickup can be done with prior notification if necessary. Current walk-in repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We deeply apologize for these inconveniences, but we hope that you understand we are doing our best to serve our community, accommodate our staff, and safely operate our business during this challenging time.
If there's one silver lining so far, we are getting a lot of people on new bikes. We all know that bikes are a great way to stay healthy, and provide for a comfortable and happy state of mind! We'll all get through this!
To the Spokes, Etc. community:
The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority as the COVID-19 situation continues to unfold. Here's what our “new normal” looks like for the time being:
Our store hours will be shortened to allow for flex shifts for our employees, allowing them to work in smaller groups, and help with social distancing between staff and our customers. Monday through Saturday we will be open from 12-6 and on Sunday from 12-5. These hours go into effect Wednesday, March 18th.
We will do everything we can to keep orders and repairs on schedule, but due to the current circumstances we all may experience some unexpected delays. We sincerely apologize in advance, but please understand we are doing our best.
We will monitor and closely follow state and federal guidelines regarding human contact. Should these guideline change, we will adjust our operations accordingly.
We are regularly disinfecting our restrooms, counters, door handles, water fountains and other commonly touched surfaces in the stores. Bikes used for test rides will be wiped down before and after each use.
We are washing our hands before and after helping each person. In the spirit of social distancing, we are keeping a few feet of space between each other.
We have curbside service available for any customer who prefers not to come into the store. If you have a repair or an online purchase to pick up, you are welcome to pull into our parking lot and CALL US on your phone. One of our team members will pick up or deliver your item(s) to your vehicle.
Nearly everything we sell can be viewed and purchased on our online catalog and shipped directly to your home or to one of our locations for FREE pick up. For larger items and bikes, we can make arrangements for delivery with prior notice. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss delivery options.
We have altered employee work schedules to help minimize the number of people in our stores at one time. Some of our technicians will be working during non-business hours to help stay caught up with an increase in demand we've seen across our Sales and Service departments recently. Because of these adjustments you may encounter delays. We are doing everything we can to keep these delays to a minimum.
