Comments:
Recovering from hip replacements; with the "windy" I can go as easy or as hard as the old body permits. The trainer is smooth and easy to use. I know that some folks think it's noisy, but compared to my old RacerMates (both I and II), it's as quiet as a kitten's purr. I can even listen to classical music at modest volume. Great product!

Comments:
Great for light recovery in the evening after a hard work out. Also you can really get good resistance if looking to use it as a trainer in the winter, but you have to maintain focus while riding inside (its quite boring even with tv on), dont expect to do anything more than an hour on it. Also its very loud so if you live in an ampartment complex, like i do, sometimes the neihbors get angry. Overall, very good construction and can improve your fitness/technique considerablly.
